Screen Types

Rosetta Course™ provides a variety of screen types to help you learn the language. Each activity contains a selection of screen types that focus on the learning goals of that activity.

In each screen, you respond to the prompt, filling in a "missing piece" of the puzzle. Each screen contains several "puzzles" that you complete. Depending on the screen, you might:

• Click the image that matches a phrase.
• Click the prompt that matches an image.
• Speak into the microphone to respond to the prompt or image.
• Type the missing word or phrase.

You receive visual and auditory feedback that confirms your response, or prompts you to try again.
