Schedule a Studio™ Session

When you complete Lesson 3 in a Unit of Rosetta Course,™ it’s a good time to look at the schedule of available Rosetta Studio™ sessions. You should schedule your Studio session for just after you’ve completed the whole Unit. You can also repeat Studio sessions from previous Units.

When you're ready to schedule a Studio session, the Schedule button appears on your TOTALe Home Page.

Schedule a Session

1. On the TOTALe™ Home Screen, keep your current Unit selected, or navigate to any Unit you've completed, or nearly completed, so that you see the Schedule button.
2. Click Schedule.
   
   
3. The Studio schedule screen appears. Navigate the calendar to find a convenient session.
4. Click a session tile. The tile changes color to indicate that your session is scheduled.
   
   

Your scheduled session appears in the Studio menu on your TOTALe Home Screen to remind you as your session approaches.

Reschedule a Session

1. Click Reschedule in the Studio menu to go to the Studio Schedule screen.
2. Click a different session tile.

Cancel a Session

Click on a scheduled session. The tile changes color to indicate that your session has been canceled.
